If there is one thing we can all agree on, it is that cancer sucks.
Recently our friend/employee/comedian Michelle DeSutter came to us asking to help her friend Mandy. After hearing Mandy’s story, we knew we wanted to help.
Mandy Bowen was a loving, caring, mother, aunt, niece, friend, sister and all around an amazing person who has a heart of gold and would do anything for anyone. On September 2, 2017, Mandy’s life changed when she was diagnosed with stage 3 Triple Negative Breast Cancer, an aggressive form of cancer. Since the diagnosis, despite treatments, Mandy was moved to a Stage 4. We are sad to share that Mandy passed away on January 15th, 2019.
A Go-Fund me page has been started and we would like to help Mandy’s family with expenses of the bills that have piled up after months without income, the funeral costs and in establishing a trust for her daughter with a night of laughs, showcasing some of our amazing local talents.
Join us for the laughs as Jeff Bailey, Ben Banach, Cheryl Barnett, Greg Batton, Matt Hall, Jason Jester, Autumn McGowan, Jake Merch, Joe Roderick, Edgar Sandoval, and friends take the stage to bring some laughter to us all.
100% of the door will go to Mandy’s family.
